If a customer has made an order in your marketplace/shop, this order is automatically imported into reybex as an order and saved. You can change this document type (e.g. save new orders as an offer instead). You can also determine at which intervals the automated order import should take place and in which customer group new customers should be assigned. You can find out how to create customer groups in our article Workflow: Define article prices for customer groups (the translation of this article is in progress).

This is how you configure your marketplaces according to your specifications (e.g. intervals for the order import):

  1. Open the transaction Marketplace Wizard [OMP06] > click on the desired marketplace > click on Edit (pencil button). 
  2. Go to the 4th tab Import config. > fill in the fields (the tooltips contain useful information) > click Proceed > click Finish
